Good Faith Estimate

Under the No Surprises Act, individuals who are uninsured or who choose not to use insurance have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of medical and mental health services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency services, including psychotherapy.

If this applies to you, I will provide a personalized Good Faith Estimate before services begin and whenever required by law.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the bill.

Additional information about your rights is available through the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
