Every therapist has a way of seeing.
Supervision offers a place to refine that way of seeing while continuing to expand it.
I offer consultation and supervision for:
Early career therapists
• Therapists interested in relational psychotherapy
• Eating disorders and body image
• Identity, sexuality, and cultural formulation
• Countertransference and use of self
• Case consultation
I strive to create a supervision space that is rich, collaborative, and challenging without becoming shaming. Together we slow clinical work down, become curious about what is happening both within and between therapist and client, and think about interventions not simply as techniques, but as expressions of understanding.
My hope is that supervision strengthens not only clinical confidence, but also the capacity to think, tolerate uncertainty, and trust your own clinical voice.
