About
I've been practicing psychotherapy for nearly a decade, working with adolescents, adults, couples and families. My clinical background includes specialized work with eating disorders, addictions, sexuality, and identity, though over the years my practice has grown to include a broad range of concerns.
In addition to my clinical work, I've served in leadership roles, supervised therapists in training, contributed to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, and provided consultation and educational programming for fellow therapists. These experiences have challenged me to think more deeply about psychotherapy, both as a clinical discipline and as a way of understanding people and the systems we inhabit.
I believe one of the most beautiful things about this work is that, as therapists, we never finish learning. I’m deeply committed to advanced training, including the study of relational psychoanalytic theory through the Stephen Mitchell Center for Relational Studies. I’m also a member of the International Association for Relational Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy (IARPP).
I continue to feel grateful that this work has become the love and labor of my life.
